The Forum hasn’t conducted any research surrounding social ROI; however, there are several institutes and research centers that may be helpful to you. The
first that comes to mind is the Center for Responsible Business at the Haas
Business School in Berkley, CA. Here is a direct link to its Moskowitz
Research Program. The Forum partners with Haas on the annual Moskowitz Prize awarded for the best study on SRI. http://www.sristudies.org/html/welcome.html

Also, Appendix 2 of the 2005 Report on SRI Trends in the US lists other
research institutes that may be of interest to you.

If you have the time, I also recommend that you take a look at our on-line
membership directory under the "Research & Shareholder Activism" category
where there are several research firms listed, though the data may be harder
to obtain as they are for-profit corporations.
