IRIS believes in building relationships based on common values, intentions, and goals. The following list of value words has evolved over the last several years. It represents the shared values and visions of the people who make up the IRIS team. Our goals represent what the IRIS team would like to contribute to our clients and collaborative partners. We view our goals as a map to future achievements, and as an articulation of benchmarks we envision the future to hold.
